- You have 30 days to make a free return at Zara from the moment you made the purchase. Once you decide that you want to make a return, you can either go to your nearest physical store, or make the return through the Internet and its website or its application.
- To do this, you have two options: either a return by courier and home collection, or a return at a collection point that you must observe on the web. It is essential to use the original packaging to return the product, and any document that is inside the box or envelope. The return of your money will be made in the same form of payment in which you made the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days.
Returns in Stradivarius
- Returns at Stradivarius must be made within 30 days from the time you made the purchase. You can either go to one of the brand’s stores with your ticket to prepare said return, or you can do it through its website or its app. In the latter case, you must put the data in the ‘returns’ section and follow the instructions.
- You can either make the return by going to a delivery point or you can request that a courier come to your home. If you have made the purchase as a guest, you will have to call Customer Service to request this last option. On the other hand, the term for them to return your money is about 14 working days’ maximum.
Returns at Pull&Bear
- You have 30 days from when you made the purchase to make a return or exchange at Pull and Bear. From that moment on, you can either go to a physical store with your purchase receipt or electronic invoice to make the return, or make it through the Internet, its website or its app.
- To do this, you must go to the ‘returns’ section and start the process. You can opt for a “postal return” with which you only have to pack the items and paste the return label that will be sent to you by email on the outside of your box. Then, you must take your package to a collection point and, later, you will receive a confirmation email. To make the refund you must wait a maximum of 14 days from the date of return.
Returns at Bershka
- To make a return at Bershka, apart from going to a physical store, you have two options: through the Post Office or Drop-off (not available on cash on delivery orders). In both cases you must choose the option, print your return label, put the items in their original packaging and follow the instructions that will be provided in the ‘My account’ section of the website or app. The refund of your money will arrive 14 days later, when the pertinent verifications have been carried out.
- In other countries such as Mexico or Colombia, the option of a home return is also available. It consists of a courier going at a stipulated time and day to pick up the package that you have previously prepared to make the return effective.
Returns at Oysho
- How should you make a return at Oysho? As you well know, you can go to one of the many physical stores of the brand and deliver the garment that you do not want together with the purchase receipt or online invoice if you have purchased it over the Internet. But, if you prefer, you can make your return through its website or its app.
- You have the Drop Off option that you will find in the ‘My account’ section or in the order confirmation email that will have been sent to you if you have made your purchase as a guest. Prepare your package, affix the carrier’s label and leave it at a Drop Off point within 30 days. You can also choose a collection point and follow the instructions indicated in the section.
Returns at El Corte Inglés
- When returning El Corte Inglés, you should know the return terms for each item, as a fashion product (60 days) will not be the same as a piece of furniture (30 days) or perfumery products (15 days). In addition, when making any return, you have several options at your disposal: through the Post Office, going to a physical store or through a courier.
- In the first two options, the return costs are free, but things change if a courier comes to your home. Depending on the product, its weight or its size, the shipping costs will be one or the other.
Returns in Cortefiel
- Unlike many other brands whose return period is longer, in the case of Cortefiel you have 14 days to return or exchange your purchase. How can you do it? Or you can go to one of their stores with your purchase receipt, or make the return online.
- The return process is quite simple, as you only have to access your Cortefiel profile or enter as a guest and follow a series of steps in the ‘returns’ tab. Fill in the fields, quote a brief reason for your return, and choose a day and time for the carrier to come to your home to pick up the package.
Returns at H&M
- To find out how to return or exchange a garment at H&M, you must first look at its policy depending on the country in which you reside, as there are some changes if you buy from Spain or if you buy from Mexico, for example. Generally, you have a period of more or less 30 days to make any return, and you can do it both in store and online.
- In the case of purchases made in Spain, if you want to make an online return, you must fill out a return form that you will find on the website or in the app to later include it in the package in which you have put the garments in question. Then choose a collection point (it can be your home or a pack point) and stick the return label in a visible place on the package. Ready!
Returns in C&A
- What do you need to know to make a return at C&A? It is quite simple, because you have fewer options than in other fashion brands. In this case you have 30 days to go to your nearest store and make the return. If you have made the purchase online through its Click Collect service (you buy over the Internet but it sends the package to a store) it will be easier to proceed with this return since you can try it on in store and, if you do not like it, return it in the act. You can also send your package through the post office to one of the stores that you have around you.
- Keep in mind that in the case of online purchases that you want to return through stores, you must fill out a form, pack the garment in its package with its original label, and send it to a store. You should also know that at C&A you will not be able to change one item of clothing for another: you will have to return one and then buy another.
Returns at Bimba y Lola
- To make a return at Bimba y Lola you have 30 days from when you bought that item of clothing or footwear that you liked so much in the past. You can go to a store of this firm, with the exception of El Corte Inglés, Printemps and Outlet stores, and return the garment with the purchase receipt.
- Another option is to make a return by sending a package back by mail or courier. You will find the address to which you should send it on the web, but in this case keep in mind that you will have to assume the shipping costs associated with the return.

- The steps you must follow to make a return at MaryPaz within 30 days of your purchase are very simple. Plus, if you want your money back on a card, you can! Return cards are redeemable at any store, but cannot be used on the web.
- If you choose the option of a free home collection you will have to assume the additional costs if the purchase was made in a promotion or sales. You must enter ‘request return’ on the website and select the items you wish to return. - If you are a fan of Primark you will already know that, for the moment, purchases can only be made through physical stores. Although they have their website, it only serves to know what you can find in the store, although you can find their items on third-party websites, such as Amazon or eBay. Therefore, returns can only be made in one of the brand’s stores.
- To do this, you must go to one of the brand’s stores within a maximum period of 28 days with your purchase receipt and the item in perfect condition. Regarding the refund of the money to be returned, it is estimated that it takes between 5 to 10 days to reach your credit or debit card depending on the entity in question.
Returns in Handle
- In Mango returns you have 60 days to make any change or refund. How can you do them? Going to a physical store, as we have seen with other brands, or through a collection at your home or at any Celeritas point. You must enter your web or app profile and fill in the information to facilitate this return.
- In the case of purchases made in Mexico, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to make your return, 15 days if it is a discounted item or 60 days if it is a product with flaws or defects. In this sense, you must present the proof of purchase, the card with which you made it and present the valid credential or identification.
Returns in Caldezonia
- Calzedonia is that brand where you can find everything from swimwear looks to pajamas to sportswear. It’s great! But, how to make an exchange or a return? The first thing you have to know is that you have 14 calendar days to make this return, 10 if you have bought online and want to make the return in a store that is close to you.
- The process to make a return is very simple. As we said, you can go to your nearest store or click on the ‘online return’ option in your profile on the website or in the firm’s app to make the return in store if you have bought something online. You also have the option of making an appointment with a courier to deliver the package with the item in question that you no longer want and with your return label that you can download on the web. It is important that you know that the refund of money will be made in about 10 days if you have used a bank card, 14 if you have used PayPal or at the moment if you have used cash in the case of being a physical store.
Returns at Forever 21

- You have 90 days to make any return at Sephora, yes, the product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns of products that have been unsealed are not accepted, so be careful! You can go to one of their stores and make the return in the same purchase box, or use their ‘returns’ section of the website or app for free home delivery of the package.
- In this second case, you must wrap the product so that it is well protected so that it does not break during transport. Fill in the return delivery note in the ‘return and refund’ section of the website and include it in your package. Then, access the Seur form in which you will have to indicate the details of the home collection.
Returns at Mary Kay

- What should you do to make a return in Privalia? The first thing to do is access the ‘Fácil Return’ section in the ‘my account’ section to print the order delivery note, indicate a day for a courier to come to your home for the package and fill out a form that you must include in the box. You have 30 calendar days to make the return, and you will have to take care of your expenses (6.95 euros in Spain). If what you want is to make a return from the Privalia Marketplace, that is, external collaborators, you will have to click on ‘marketplace orders within the return period’. In this case you have 14 days to do it.
- What if you want to return a coupon? Simply, and within 14 days of your purchase, you must access ‘reservation coupon returns’ and follow all the steps. But if you have already validated on the provider’s website that you are going to make use of the coupon, you will no longer be able to make the return in Privalia but with the company in question.
Returns on Groupon
- Before making any return on Groupon you should consult some conditions depending on the items you are going to return, because not all of them can be returned. In any case, you have 14 days to return a coupon and, in addition, you will have to take care of the additional expenses.
- To make a return you must go to ‘my orders’ on the website or in the brand’s app. Then, locate the order and click on ‘return’ explaining the reasons for your return. Then print the return label and affix it to the package to send it back to Groupon.
Returns in Asos
- How should you make a return in Asos? The first thing that you must take into account is the country from which you make your return, because the process will be similar but it is not the same in all of them, even in Spain it is free but in countries like Mexico it is not. In general, in Spain there are two very simple ways to return, one is through the Post Office and the other through Mondial Relay.
- In both options you must fill out a return form that you will find when you open the package that has arrived at your home. You will have to enter this sheet again explaining the reasons for your return in the new package to return one or more of the items. When managing the return, you will receive an email with a return label that you will have to stick on your package.
- In total you have 45 days to make the return, but if you do it in the first 28 days, Asos will refund the money in the same payment method that you made the purchase. If you do it after those days, you will have an online gift card. Once you have delivered your package to a selected point, it will take up to 21 days until it reaches the warehouses. From there, it can take 10-14 business days for a refund.
Returns in Shein
- To make any return in Shein you must take into account that you have 60 days from when you made the purchase if you live in Spain, 30 days if you live in Mexico. Returns must include a postmark dated prior to these 60 days if you reside in Spain in order to be accepted. In addition, you must use the Shein return label to proceed to the refund (within about 10 days) from which the amount of the return costs (€4.50) will be subtracted. Returns in Spain, in addition, will be made through two ways to choose: through the Post Office or through the Shein Pack Point closest to your home that you can consult on its website.
- If you reside in Mexico, the returns are similar but have some changes. You must contact Customer Service and wait about 24 hours for the return to be confirmed. Returns in Zaful
- To make any type of return in Zaful you have 30 days from the moment the package has arrived at your address. From there, if you want to return a garment or accessory from the brand, you will have to contact the brand’s Customer Service, wait a period of about 24 hours for a response, and then follow the instructions they send you. via email to request a return authorization (RMA).
- Once you get a response from the firm, you must send the return package within 7 days. Later, when the package has arrived at the warehouses, Zaful will make the pertinent checks to proceed with the refund of your money (the status of your return will have to be ‘completed’, something that you can see in the profile of the web or in the app). The refund of the money will take 48 hours if you have purchased through PayPal, and a period of 7 to 14 working days if you made your purchase using an electronic card.
Returns on Amazon
- To make a return on Amazon you must enter your account, in the ‘my orders’ section. Then select what you want to return and click on the ‘return or replace products’ tab, indicating the reason for the return. If the product was sold by Amazon itself, you will already have access to select refund options. If, on the contrary, it was sold by an external company, you will have to send a return request to that seller.

For packages that weigh less than 5kg and measure less than 30 cm, you can select the Celeritas option with which you will not have to print a return label.
Returns on AliExpress
- The steps to make a return in AliExpress are not complicated at all, but they are very laborious, so think twice before starting the process. To do this, you must open a dispute and indicate that you want to make a return, something that you will find on the website or in the AliExpress app.
- Subsequently, you should check if your return can be made in your same country or in another, such as China, since the steps to follow will be different. You must keep the package and all its labels when making any return and, also, keep in mind that you will have to pay the additional costs unless it is a defective or defective product.

What happens if you want to make a return at a sports store, such as Adidas or Nike? As we have already seen, you should take a look at the return policy of each of the firms, and start the process! Let’s see the main sports brands:

- To do this, you must enter the ‘my orders’ section of your account and select what you want to return. Then prepare your package to send back what you do not want with its original packaging or a similar one and download the return delivery note. Once you receive the message from the transport company that will be in charge of going to your home for the package, all that remains is to wait. Of course, if you have used the ‘collection in store in 1 hour’ service, you will have to go to a physical store to return your purchase online.
Returns in Adidas
- You have 100 days to make an exchange or return in Adidas, 14 if it is about certain exclusive products. You can either go to a store with your purchase receipt, or you can request a refund through its website or its app. In this case, you must follow the return instructions, which can be through a courier or by delivering the package to a specific point.
- What happens if you want to change shoe size to another? In this case you must choose the ‘free size change’ option and confirm the change. Print the return label and deliver the package within 7 days. Remember that this option is only to change the size, it is not valid to change the model.
Returns at Nike
- Making a return at Nike is quite simple. As in practically all brands, you can go to a store to make said return, or you can make it through their website or the app. But for this you will need to have all the information possible, such as that you have 30 calendar days to make the return from the date of purchase.
- Also, you should know that Nike by You shoes, that is, the personalized ones, also have a 30-day trial period. Of course, remember that to make a free return you must be a Nike member and not have made your purchase as a guest.
Returns at New Balance
- The term to make a return in New Balance is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, and you can do it through any of its stores with your purchase receipt, or make a return online. To do this you must enter your account and follow the instructions, as you will have to use the UPS Access Point option.
- In addition, you must take into account that shipping costs will be paid separately. Items must be in perfect condition, but if you return just one thing and not the entire order, New Balance will not refund shipping costs. And in case you chose express shipping, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the standard shipping cost.
How to make a return in furniture or electronics stores?
It is possible that you did not buy any fashion products, that is, clothes and shoes, but you want to return a piece of furniture, for example a chair or a desk, or an electronic device. We are going to see how to make the return in the main stores or brands.

- You have a period of one hundred days to make any return at Leroy Merlin but, before doing so, you must make sure which products can be returned and which cannot. - To do this, you must fill out the form that you will find in the section ‘I want to return my order’ and follow the instructions. You can either take the package yourself to a collection point or indicate that it be picked up at your home on the agreed day and time. In this case, remember that you will need the return delivery note attached to the outside of the package.
Returns at Ikea
- When making a return at Ikea, you must take into account which items you can return and which you cannot, in addition to the fact that you have no less than a year to return any product you do not want. In this case, you can go to the store with your ticket or purchase invoice, or you can request a return online.
- In this second case, you must contact the Customer Service department by phone or email that you will find on the website, indicating the order number or the reasons why you want to make the return. You must prepare your package in its original packaging so that the carrier comes to pick it up. The cost of this return will be €5 for parcel shipments, and €39 for all other shipments. Ikea returns the money you paid for the item, but not the shipping costs incurred for the return.
Returns at MediaMarkt
- When you want to make a return at MediaMarkt through the web, you will have 60 days from the date of purchase. If you prefer to do it in a physical store, the term will be 14 calendar days and, in this case, you will have to bring the product in question together with the purchase receipt or invoice.
- If you want a courier to come to your home to return the package, you just have to enter the ‘returns’ section that you will find on the brand’s website, fill out the return form and follow the instructions that will be indicated from the famous chain. It’s quite simple!
What steps must you follow to make a return in supermarkets?
Some supermarkets also have sections for clothing, appliances, or even furniture. In these cases, what should you do to make your return? It is easier than it seems to be!
- Returns at Lidl

Returns at Lidl
- Not all Lidl items can be returned, such as food or intimate clothing, but if you have purchased other items of clothing, toys or electrical appliances, you have 30 calendar days to go to a store with your purchase receipt or make online return.
- If you are going to opt for the online return at Lidl, you should know that it is not possible to return it in store, you can only do it online. To do this, you must enter the return delivery note that you will find in the same package as your order and access your account in the ‘My orders’ section. In the case of products with a single package and less than 20kg, click on ‘return a single package’ and print the label, if it weighs more than 20kg, click on ‘return multiple packages’. For returns in Spain, you can either use the Seur service for your returns, or you can request that a courier come to your home to pick up the packages you wish to return.
Returns in Carrefour
- As in the case of Lidl, in Carrefour returns there are objects that, once purchased, cannot be returned. In the event that it is a product that you can return, you can go to any store and show the purchase receipt within a period of 60 calendar days, except in the case of electronics or bazaar, in which case you will have 15 days.
- If you want to make the return over the Internet, fill out the return form and make an appointment with the carrier to come to your home. Prepare your package with the return label or delivery note and, once Carrefour receives it and verifies that everything is in perfect condition, they will refund your money within a maximum period of 15 days.
